Does compressing a PDF reduce its quality?
The 'Recommended' mode is completely lossless—there is zero quality degradation. The 'Extreme' mode converts pages to compressed JPEGs, which introduces minor compression artifacts and rasterizes text, but is usually perfectly acceptable for reading and sharing.
Is there a file size limit?
